Quiz + Promo Codes - quiz is not only a plugin that gives entertainment and value to the user but also to you - in the quiz you can have an important question for your company answered, e.g. the age of the user. So you want as many people as possible to take part in the quiz. You can encourage them to participate by submitting a unique promotional code at the end of the quiz!

We have created the AI Consultant mechanism especially for you, which will help you with answering frequently asked questions. You can automate the answers to your questions on Messenger, as well as run our live chat plugin on the site to serve customers faster and more efficiently.

The more sample questions you insert into the knowledge base, the smarter the system gets! As the number of questions grows, the system is able to identify and add similar questions to the database. How? When the user asks a certain question that is similar to the one in the database it is able to correctly match it to a topic or a category that corresponds to the subject of the question.

In the section AI Consultant -> Unrecognized questions you can browse questions that the bot has not managed and assign them to existing topics or create new ones.

What if the bot doesn't understand the question? You can (but don't have to) give the customer the opportunity to direct questions to your team. Then the question lands in Chatbotize Inbox and you are able to answer.

We've got you covered! For a year, we've been marketing support for our clients who have no time (and ideas) for implementing a conversational marketing strategy and want to delegate this task outside.
